CARROLL COUNTY FAMERS MARKET - 2012

Dear Applicant,

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Carroll County Farmers Market. The Farmers Market is held at the Carroll County Agriculture Center, 700 Ag. Center Dr. Westminster, Maryland. The Market is a private, non-profit organization jointly run by two managers and a board of directors. Our market will be open for business (SATURDAYS ONLY) on the following dates in 2012:

Spring Fling - March 31, 2012 - 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. - space size 10’ x 10'      

Easter Show - April 7, 2012 - 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. - space size 10' x 10'      

Mother’s Day Market - May 12, 2012 - 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. - space size 10’ x 10’

Summer Market - June 16 - September 1, 2012 - (Saturdays only) - 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. Space size 10’ wide x 10’ deep

Winter Market - November 3 - December 15, 2012 - (Saturdays only) - 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. Space size approximately 10’ wide x 10’ deep

Table and chairs are available for your use.

The Board of Directors requires that all applications be juried prior to contract acceptance. Applications will be juried separately. Therefore, the market while accepting you for the summer season may not be able to accommodate you for our winter season, depending upon availability of spaces and/or need for your particular craft. The decision of the jurying committee is final.

Only bona-fide growers and producers of related agricultural products are permitted to sell through this market. THERE SHALL BE NO IMPORTED ITEMS. Craft items sold at the market are to be produced by you.

Carefully read the application before signing and returning. We require that clear photos of your crafts (minimum 2 photos) be submitted with your fully completed application. Please be sure to affix adequate postage on your envelope when youmail in your photos and application. If you plan on selling baked goods or produce, photos need not be submitted. Use back of application to list products.
