What a disappointment this big snow was to the market vendors, especially those of us with baked goods.  We have been snowed on before but never like this one and on our last day too.   With the threat of a blizzard our manager made the right call.  But what a surprise in customer attendance the night before our last one.  We managed to get rid of all of our orders which was wonderful. People really liked the Friday night shopping.  We may have to put this in our flyers in case this happens again. 

And what a convenience it was to use this web site. I got up and checked out the home  page the Saturday of the storm and went back to bed.

I have to admit though I am glad to be done baking and grateful for all the wonderful people who shopped with us this season. Here's looking forward to a great New Year.
